A message dated May 10, 1996, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

An Act relating to the hours a person may be employed in a                    
mine; and requiring that workers be paid for certain time worked
